The program
SPARK — aluminum sand casting
One day, fully mobile, every student's mold gets poured. We bring everything — no outside venue required.

$2,750 — up to 50 students, all materials included

$55 per student (51–60 max)

Indoor classroom + outdoor area with 20 ft building clearance, electricity & water access
Students design original artwork and carve it into a pre-rammed sand mold. Instructors pour liquid aluminum at ~1,400°F into every mold on site. Every student takes home a cast aluminum tile the same day.

How it works.
How it works
Public school districts book via signed Letter of Agreement — your date is held upon signature. All other institutions secure their date with a 50% deposit applied toward the program fee, with the balance due upon completion. Cancellations more than 30 days in advance receive a full refund of any deposit. Cancellations within 30 days forfeit the deposit; within 7 days, the full program fee applies.
New York State school districts may be able to book through BOCES Arts in Education (CoSer 411) or Exploratory Enrichment (CoSer 418), generating state aid reimbursement on program costs. Insurance Documentation
Certificate of Insurance ↓
General liability coverage — $1M per occurrence / $2M aggregate. Available for district approval, BOCES coordinator review, or facilities requirements.

Event Fire Safety Plan ↓
Site-specific fire safety procedures, perimeter requirements, PPE standards, emergency protocols, and fuel handling. Available for facilities review and district approval.
