- A classroom, plus an outdoor area about 20×20 ft, at least 20 ft from any building, with electricity and water nearby
- The day
- Students draw and carve their designs into rigid sand molds, we pour aluminum into every one, and each student takes home a cast tile
How booking works
How you hold a date depends on who's paying.
Districts booking through WSWHE BOCES, where we're an approved vendor, or paying directly from district funds, hold their date with a signed Letter of Agreement. No deposit is required. Districts in other BOCES regions can usually book through their own Arts in Education service, and we'll help with the paperwork.
A 50% deposit, applied to the program fee, holds your date. The balance is due on completion.
Cancel more than 30 days ahead and the deposit is refunded in full. Within 30 days, the deposit is forfeited. Within 7 days, the full program fee applies.
